If you think about it, the whole concept of entire Seasons
of TV Shows is a huge boon to the television industry. Shows that no longer
can make money in syndication can now be put on DVD, as well as shows that
only lasted one season or less can be released and perhaps the producers
can make there money back, even on a turkey. Popular shows from the past
which can only be found on TV at 8 am, or even at 4 am, can now be seen
by the fans at any time of the day.
So we have to ask ourselves, what exactly is keeping certain
shows off of DVD at this point. In the last year we have seen an explosion
of new television shows on DVD. A large explosions of both new and old
tv shows, (mainly from the 50s-60s, and 90s-now), a lot of shows are missing
from the 80s. We have noticed that hear at tv station, and ponder why that
is. Those people with the most disposable income right now (non-married
people ages 18-26) grew up in the 80s, and would love to see some of there
favorite shows on DVD. As anyone can tell you there is an amazing amount
of tv shows, the list would extend probably to the moon and back.
So in the end patience in required, they will get to your
favorite shows, many sites are set up to show that there is enough damand
for just about any tv show. |
